Director Bill Reid was in Fort Washington, MD on Sunday, November 3, 2019 on behalf of Administrative Bishop Stan Holder to officially organize the Blessed Hope Church of God with 116 charter members. Until recently, this congregation had been meeting under the National Church of God (formerly known as Filipino Christian Center). With the blessing of Pastor Steve Lowery, it was determined that now is the right time for the congregation to become an officially organized Church of God. Founding Pastor Mariano Gabor and his wife, Rev. Lorenzita Gabor, are to be commended for a job well done.
